Payment Options

We do not accept Medicare and Medical Assistance. We gladly accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

We provide a 5% DISCOUNT to patients who do not have dental insurance, but pay their amount due on the day of their appointment, if paid by cash or check.

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation's leading patient payment program. 

For fees from $300 to $25,000, upon request and approval, CareCredit offers a comprehensive range of plans with low minimum monthly payments that fit comfortably into every budget. Go to the online application and receive a decision immediately.

Billing changes coming May 1, 2024. All Billing statements will be sent out on the first Monday of every month. You will now have the option to receive statements by email, mail or text. To pay on line you will receive a link via email or text or a QR code on paper statements. 

Please let us know your preference on receiving statements, it would be greatly appreciated.

The statements will now have a “due date” printed on them in the top-right corner. Your statements will show charges that have been completed and if the charges were sent to your dental insurance. If charges are pending with your dental insurance, you will not receive a statement until the insurance claim has been processed, indicating what the insurance did or did not cover.

Any charges remaining after insurance would be the patient’s responsibility - indicating that payment would be due by the due date printed on the statement.
